Breakfast

Green Mountain and CK Food Services are pleased to offer breakfast at school for those students who do not have the opportunity to eat at home.  Breakfast prices are $1.25 for full-price; 30 cents for reduced price students in grades 4-6; free for reduced price students in grades K-3.  Keep in mind that breakfast and lunch payments are deducted from the same account; if a student is purchasing both breakfast and lunch at school they will run out of money more quickly.  We ask that parents complete a permission slip if they want their student to have breakfast at school.  Forms are available in the office.

Lunch

District lunch menus are sent home monthly to students.  Two lunch menu options are offered most days.  Students must choose each morning (before 9:00 a.m.) which lunch they prefer.  Lunch prices are as follows:

    Regular lunch                $2.25

    Milk                                    .50

    Regular breakfast        $1.25

    Reduced lunch 

            Grades K-3            FREE

            Grades 4-6             $ .40

    Reduced breakfast

            Grades K-3            FREE

            Grades 4-6           $ .30

    Adult lunch                    $3.00

We are not permitted to loan breakfast or lunch money, and students are not allowed to "charge" breakfast or lunch.  If your child does not have enough money to pay for lunch, they will be offered a cheese sandwich or peanut butter sandwich and milk.  Free and reduced lunches and breakfasts are available to those who qualify.  Application forms are available in the school office.

Parents are welcome to join their child(ren) for lunch.  The adult hot lunch must be ordered that morning by 9:15 a.m.  Students who will arrive at school after 9:00 need to call the office to order a lunch.
